AS/Credentials System i Work Management Class

Work Management controls the flow of work into the system. The purpose of this course is to enable students to use work management tools to set up, tune, and modify the flow of work to fit the environment. This course is designed for operators and supervisors who are concerned with minimizing response time and throughput.

Class Details:

  • Prerequisites: System i Basic Overview & PDM, Operations, and CL Programming. Students must have an understanding of the System i operating environment, job queues, output queues, subsystems, etc.
